Sometimes it is just easier to make your own rather than go out hunting for the right size in the shops! These have special double layered thermal insulation in the middle and then one side made from cotton fabric and the other with super soft brushed cotton.
Quilt love - preview
Three quilts arrived a few weeks ago from the fantastic Debbie, the long-arm quilter, and I am in the process of hand stitching the binding to the back on all of them. Hopefully I'll have some time over the holidays to do proper posts with detailed photographs for each of the three of these quilts. In the meantime, please enjoy this preview!

Yep, it is that time of year amongst my friends; another baby has entered the world. Welcome Sam! Unfortunately this one is moving to South Africa in less than two weeks time and what better way of reminding the family of their time in the UK than customising the ears accordingly!!!
